Between 2010 and 2019, the Court decided 72 criminal procedure cases.  The Court voted for defendants in 25 cases and for the prosecution 47 times.  Between 2010 and 2014, defendants won 12 cases and lost 31.  Between 2015 and 2019, defendants won 13 cases and lost 16.

Between 2010 and 2019, the Court decided 27 criminal procedure cases won by the defendants at the Court of Appeal, affirming those defense wins six times and reversing in 20 cases.  Between 2010 and 2014, defendants successfully attacked six of 19 decisions.  Between 2015 and 2019, they lost all seven cases.

Between 2010 and 2019, the defendants lost 45 criminal procedure decisions.  The Court reversed 19 of those decisions and affirmed 26 times.  From 2010 to 2014, the Court reversed in only six of 23 decisions.  From 2015 to 2019, the Court reversed 13 times and affirmed in nine cases.
