Between 2010 and 2019, the Court has decided 72 criminal sentencing cases, finding for defendants 30 times and against them in 42 cases.  From 2010 to 2014, the Court found for defendants 14 times and against them in 23 cases.  From 2015 to 2019, the Court found for defendants 16 times and against them in 19 cases.

The Court has decided 23 criminal sentencing cases won by the defendants at the Court of Appeal, affirming nine times and reversing in 14 cases.  From 2010 to 2014, the Court affirmed in three of thirteen cases.  From 2015 to 2019, the Court affirmed six times and reversed in four cases.

The Court has decided 49 criminal sentencing cases lost by the defendants below.  It reversed in 21 of those cases and affirmed 28 times.  From 2010 to 2014, the Court reversed in 11 cases and affirmed 13 times.  From 2015 to 2019, the Court reversed 10 times and affirmed in 15 cases.
