Since joining the Court in 2015, Justice Kruger has written 49 opinions in civil cases: 32 majorities, 10 concurrences and seven dissents.  All of her dissents were in 2016 (4 dissents) and 2017 (3 dissents).  Justice Kruger wrote two concurrences per year in 2017, 2018 and 2019, three in 2020 and one in 2021.  Justice Kruger wrote one majority opinion in 2015, seven in 2016, six in 2017, three in 2018, four in 2019, six in 2020 and five up to our cut-off point in 2021.

Justice Kruger has written 51 opinions in criminal, quasi-criminal, juvenile justice and mental health cases.  She wrote two dissents per year in 2017 and 2019 and one each in 2018 and 2021.  She wrote three concurrences in 2017 and one each in 2016, 2019 and 2020.  She wrote five majority opinions in 2016, seven in 2017, ten in 2018, six in 2019, eight in 2020 and three in 2021.
