Since joining the Supreme Court, Justice Kruger has participated in 29 criminal procedure cases.  She has voted for defendants in 13 cases and against them the remaining 16 times.

Only six of these cases were won by the defendants below, and Justice Kruger has voted to reverse, in whole or in part, in all six of those cases.

The remaining 23 cases were lost by defendants at the Court of Appeal.  Justice Kruger voted to reverse, in whole or in part, in 13 of those 23 cases.

In 2019, Justice Groban participated in only two criminal procedure cases.  Both were lost by the defendants below, and Justice Groban voted to reverse once and to affirm once.
